You’ve told us you’re hanging on by a thread, burning-out, expected to work free overtime and don’t have enough resources and supports to do your job effectively. That's why we initiated The Workload Project.
In May & June 2014, we conducted an electronic survey of members in Administrative Services (aka BCGEU Component 12).
The survey was designed to gather information about workloads, health & safety, staffing and job satisfaction.
Members were encouraged to participate in the survey via workplace notifications, worksite visits and emails.
Now, we've created an easy-to-read infographic outlining the key findings. It also contains some of your comments and next steps.
