Occupational Health & Safety Committee Education

Proactive committees are key to preventing workplace injuries and illnesses.

OHS education builds effective joint committees that can identify workplace hazards and recommend solutions.

Eight hours of annual OHS committee education, to be paid by the employer, is required under the Workers Compensation Act (Division 4, Section 135) and collective agreements. OHS courses are lead by experienced facilitators.
